Thus, we are dedicated to entering all communities and providing services where they are needed most.

Achieving true success begins with mindset.

Our founder's story is one of resilience and transformation. Growing up in poverty and abuse, he faced immense adversity all before the age of 12: hunger, violence, molestation, and even a parent’s suicide attempt to name a few.

When that boy finally found safety, it was in the hands of “the streets”. There he made home, and did all he could to survive, drifting from one misfortune to the next. Survival became his way of life, leading to years of hardship and, eventually, a decade-long prison sentence. It was then, at the age of 26, that he read a book cover to cover for the first time in his life. And that was the turning point in his life.

He began a hard and rigorous but exciting journey of self-discovery, self-learning, and self-reflection. Book by book, he immersed himself in knowledge. A fire for learning had overtaken him as he ingested everything he could get his hands on. That boy --now turned man-- re-emerged from the ashes of his former life an inventor, entrepreneur, author, songwriter, and visionary!

Through his own journey—and a growing passion for health and fitness—he came to understand the vital role of mental health. He recognized how it shaped his life and how it impacted communities everywhere. From this realization, his first product, Preachh, was born—even while still serving his sentence. Out of Preachh grew Literacy Made Fun.

Today, we carry forward that vision: to bring awareness to the importance of mental health and its connection to literacy, resilience, and growth. Every product we create is designed not only to entertain but to impart wisdom, teach life principles, and unlock hidden potential. At Literacy Made Fun, we don’t just create products—we create experiences that awaken skills, ignite creativity, and empower individuals to discover strengths they never knew they had.

Knowing first-hand the significance of a lack of literacy, our founder dedicated his life to reaching others. He has traveled across the country, advocating for mental health in hard-to-reach spaces such as prisons, jails, hospitals, and shelters. Defying the odds, he reintegrated into society and built a fulfilling life—proving that transformation is always possible. Today, his optimism, creativity, and relentless drive inspire countless others to pursue healthier, more meaningful lives.

It is through his story that we are inspired: to bring light to dark places, to provide knowledge to those who need it most, and to spark the journey toward self-actualization.
